Please note that Cre Stoplight 2.4 differs from the original Cre Stoplight described in the associated publication (Biotechniques. 2001 Nov;31(5):1036, 1038, 1040-1.). See the supplemental document Cre Stoplight 2.4 above for more information.

Please note that Addgene digest and NGS results suggest that the plasmid contains two mCherry ORFs in tandem. This is not expected to affect plasmid function as the second mCherry should not be expressed from the plasmid.
