This is a collection of plasmids that encode monoclonal antibodies to zebrafish cell surface receptors and secreted proteins. The plasmids encode both the light and heavy chains of mouse monoclonal antibodies to zebrafish proteins and the antibodies are produced by transfecting mammalian cell lines and collecting the secreted monoclonal antibody from the supernatant. Please see additional plasmids (Staudt N et al., 2015) in the collection.
