Description

The FNL Combinatorial Cloning Platform includes a variety of promoters, fusion tags (N- and C-terminal, reporters, etc.) and Destination vectors for a variety of hosts (E. coli, insect, mammalian). Multiple combinatorial methods are available to maximize the efficiency of reactions and flexibility of the system. The system also can utilize any standard Gateway attL1-attL2 Entry clones including tens of thousands of ORFeome and cDNA clones already available commercially or at Addgene.
