FNLCR CRISPRa Cell Surface Libraries

• Purpose:

  Two CRISPR activation libraries have been generated at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR) for screening human receptor-ligand interactions. The FNLCR CRISPRa Cell Surface Library includes guide RNAs targeting all known human cell surface proteins plus non-targeting controls. The combined FNLCR CRISPRa Cell Surface and Soluble Library includes all the Cell Surface Library gRNAs plus additional gRNAs targeting all known soluble factors. These libraries can be used to identify uncharacterized receptor-ligand pairings by activating the expression of the receptor when using a ligand as a bait.

These libraries are delivered as suspended DNA in a microcentrifuge tube on blue ice (#207471 will be delivered as a single tube, #1000000228 will be delivered as two tubes). The tube's contents will not necessarily be frozen. For best results, minimize freeze-thaws.
