Wright Human Membrane Protein Activation Library
(Pooled Library #113345)
-
Purpose
This lentiviral CRISPR activation library targets the promoters of 6,213 genes that encode at least one putative membrane-associated protein isoform. It can be used for large-scale screening for receptor identification, antibody cross-reactivity assessments, or characterization of extracellular interactions.
