Depositor Comments

This plasmid was generated by replacing the HIndIII(blunt)-AdeI fragment of p2xSTAT6-Luc2P (Addgene plasmid 35486) with the KpnI(blunt)-AdeI fragment of p2xSTAT6-Luc2P. The promoter insert consists of four tandem copies of STAT6/cEBP binding sites, a composite element from the human germ line ε promoter.
Lab ID for this plasmid: pANG193.
