Dual-sgRNA CRISPRi Library for PARP Inhibitor Response
(Pooled Library #238134)
-
Purpose
This library contains dual-sgRNAs targeting gene pairs encoding factors involved in DNA repair and PARP inhibitor response (two sgRNAs per gene; eight dual-sgRNA constructs per gene pair). The library can be used in experiments for mapping genetic interaction networks in DNA repair and PARP inhibitor response.
To perform genetic interaction mapping, transduce the dual-sgRNA CRISPRi library into cells expressing dCas9-KRAB to knockdown the target gene pairs.
