Human CRISPR Knockout Pooled Library (Brunello)
(Pooled Library #73179, #73179-LV, #73179-LVC, #73178, #73178-LV, 73178-LVC)
The human CRISPR Brunello lentiviral pooled libraries were designed using optimized metrics which combine improved on-target activity predictions (Rule Set 2), with an off-target score, the Cutting Frequency Determination (CFD).
These pooled libraries were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the pooled libraries were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
Example for your Materials & Methods section:Human Brunello CRISPR knockout pooled library was a gift from David Root and John Doench (Addgene #73178)
