Human CRISPR lncRNA Activation Pooled Library (SAM - 3 plasmid system)
(Pooled Library #1000000106)
This human CRISPR/Cas9 Synergistic Activation Mediator (SAM) pooled library uses an engineered protein complex for the transcriptional activation of lncRNAs.
This library consists of three components which are all provided:
- A nucleolytically inactive Cas9-VP64 fusion (Addgene plasmid # 61425)
- A gRNA incorporating two MS2 RNA aptamers at the tetraloop, stem-loop 2, and EF1a-zeo resistance marker (present in the library)
- The MS2-P65-HSF1 plasmid which expresses the activation helper protein (lentiMPH v2) (Addgene plasmid #89308)
- Vector Backbone
- Depositing Labs
These pooled libraries were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the pooled libraries were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
