I subcloned the N-terminal PCR product (BamHI/XhoI) and the XhoI/KpnI fragment from pCMV SPORT YAP1 (Open biosytems) into BglII/KpnI sites of pCMV FLAG.
This is the original pCMV FLAG, with only one FLAG.
