  • Purpose

    These libraries are Unique Molecular Identifier (UMI)-linked sgRNA libraries targeting transcription factors (TF) or chromatin factors (CH) in mice. Each sgRNA is linked to numerous UMIs, allowing for clonal tracking of each lentiviral infection.

    Libraries may be combined to target both transcription factors and chromatin factors.

Library Shipping

Each library is delivered in a microcentrifuge tube on blue ice. The tube's contents will not necessarily be frozen. For best results, minimize freeze/thaws.
