Cre-dependent EGFPL10a (EGFP-tagged ribosomal protein) expression for translating ribosome affinity purification (TRAP). These AAV were produced with a retrograde serotype, which permits retrograde access to projection neurons. These AAV preparations are suitable purity for injection into animals.
